Return Policy (Voluntary Return Right – 14 Days)
Customers of Basler Company AG have the option to return products purchased from our online shop within 14 days of receipt, as a voluntary goodwill gesture
This return policy applies exclusively to purchases made via our online shop at www.word‑clock.ch.
How to Return an Item

Returned items must be complete, undamaged, unused, and in their original packaging with all accessories included.
Products showing signs of improper use (e.g. failure to follow the instructions) or physical damage are excluded from return.
Refunds
Once the returned goods have been received and inspected, the purchase amount will be refunded using the same payment method as the original transaction.
Refunds are issued within 14 days after receipt of the returned goods.
Shipping costs are non‑refundable, except in the case of incorrect delivery or defects caused by the seller.
The customer bears the cost of return shipping.
This voluntary return policy does not affect your statutory warranty rights under Swiss law.
